There are many benefits of hosting a BCRPA Playground Safety Awareness Course, including:
- Maintaining efficiencies at your operation

- Enhancing your staff’s knowledge, skills and abilities

Summary of Course Details
- BCRPA will charge the Host organization a $165/person course fee
- The Host charges public a fee to offset overhead cost
- Duration of the course is 7.5-8 hours (including breaks)
- The Host site will need access to a playground for this course
- Class size: Minimum 10 people, maximum 20
- Participants recieve a Certificate upon successful completion, course manual included
- BCRPA covers course instructor fee. Host will be billed for instructor expenses if travel is involved (travel & accommodation)
How to Host
Complete the steps below if you would like to host a course in your facility.
1. Complete and send in the BCRPA Course Request Form, which includes:
- Potential dates and times
- Location
- Whether the course is open to the public
2. Confirm with the Coordinator the following information:
- Instructor availability
- Promotion details (BCRPA website and email communiqué)
- Administration details
