Having another specialty is an excellent way to progress your fitness career, grow your professional profile, and earn the Continuing Education Credits (CECs) required for renewing your BCRPA Fitness Registration.
Adding additional Core Specialties
Once you have one specialty under your belt any additional core specialties you pursue can be completed in 2 steps:
- Complete the Specialty Module Course
- Complete the Practicum (if applicable) and ICE
Adding Advanced Specialties
The Personal Training and Older Adult Specialties require you to be registered in a core specialty first. The Osteofit Specialty requires you to have the Older Adult Specialty first.
